Job Description: Next Games is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to join our team and work from home in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for hardworking and resourceful individuals who possess excellent time management and decision-making skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players through various communication channels including email, chat, and social media.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to players. 3. Handle customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed. 7. Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly. 8. Must have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection. 9. Must be eligible for visa sponsorship in Finland.
