Job Description:
Rovio Entertainment is looking for a talented Customer Care Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer care management, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by overseeing a team of customer care representatives.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Manage and lead a team of customer care representatives to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-focused initiatives - Train and mentor customer care staff on best practices and company policies - Ensure compliance with company guidelines and standards for customer care - Provide regular reports and updates on key performance metrics to senior management
Requirements: - At least 7 years of experience in customer care management - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field
