Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person 2. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner 3. Providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions 4. Assisting with booking reservations and managing guest accounts 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations 6. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty 7. Utilizing time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively 8. Using negotiation skills to find mutually beneficial solutions for customers 9. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service 2. Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills 4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities 5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written 6. Ability to work well in a team and independently 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges 8. High school diploma or equivalent
