Customer Service Associate

Remedy Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Entry Level position with 1 year of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Ensuring customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and delivering delight - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to innovate and find creative solutions to customer problems - Strong people management skills - Prior experience in customer service is preferred - Fluency in English and Finnish is required
