Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Beneq is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a full-time member of our team at the Associate level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Manage customer accounts and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with various departments to address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Provide product information and technical support to customers as needed - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and presentation skills - Visa sponsorship available - Disability insurance provided - Opportunities for training and professional development - Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
