Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Enevo is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns - Assist in project management tasks to support the customer service team's objectives - Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Experience in project management is a plus - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment
