Job Description: As a Customer Service Officer at Yeply, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing customer orders and coordinating with other departments as needed - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes - Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Dedicated and resilient attitude towards customer service - Problem-solving and persuasion skills - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
