Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Normet is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information and guidance to customers regarding products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of customer inquiries - Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with others to achieve company goals
