Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Paulig is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team working from home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role requires a high level of adaptability and strong work ethic in order to effectively meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively - High level of adaptability and ability to work independently - Must be hardworking and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
