Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Third Space Auto is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to work remotely from home in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional support and assistance. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Assist with customer onboarding and training as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Strong cooperation and collaboration skills - Innovative mindset with a passion for problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
