Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Kamux is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive product improvements - Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty - Track and analyze customer metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide training and support to customers on the effective use of our products and services - Assist in the onboarding of new customers and ensure a smooth transition process - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolution of issues

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude - Persuasion and project management skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
