Job Description:
As a Customer Success Associate at Huhtamaki, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our customers. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as provide them with ongoing support and solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing and resolving any inquiries or issues in a timely manner. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer retention strategies and initiatives. 4. Monitor customer accounts and track key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products effectively. 6. Work with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements. 7. Regularly review customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience. 8. Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment. 2. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships. 3. Hardworking and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 5. Strong persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and drive business outcomes. 6. Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients or attend events. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
