Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Huhtamaki is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and engagement - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries, issues, or feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded - Monitor customer usage and engagement with products or services and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Conduct customer surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights for product improvement - Provide product demonstrations and trainings to customers as needed - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth - Create and maintain customer success metrics and reports - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve processes and strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and resourceful mindset - Leadership skills to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Ability to conduct research and analyze data to drive decision-making - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software - Fluent in English and Finnish
