Next Games is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing a great work-life balance for the right candidate. As a mid-to-senior level role, we require a minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer success or related role.
As a Customer Success Manager at Next Games, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and effective manner. Your goal will be to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive communication and support.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, developing and executing customer success strategies to drive engagement and retention - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, assess their needs, and provide guidance on product usage and best practices - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met - Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any signs of dissatisfaction or potential churn - Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth - Analyze customer data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving our products and services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and motivated attitude with a passion for building relationships and driving customer success - Experience in people management and conducting research - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement
