Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Huhtamaki is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field and be at a mid-to-senior level of seniority.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met - Proactively identify and solve customer issues - Develop and implement customer success strategies - Monitor customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers - Provide product training and support to customers as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and dedicated personality - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience working in a remote or virtual work environment - Experience with CRM software - Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
