Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Officer at Cargotec, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for any inquiries or issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely resolution of client concerns - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services - Provide training and support to clients to help them maximize the value of our offerings - Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions - Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback, implementing strategies to improve customer retention - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and motivated with a strong sense of customer empathy - Attention to detail and strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
