Job Description: Olvi is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Success Officer to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and expansion opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to clients as needed - Monitor client usage and provide proactive guidance on how to maximize the value of our products and services
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Energetic and motivated with a strong desire to succeed - Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to decision-making
