Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Ponsse, a leading provider of forest technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Representative to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring their success with our products and services - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any issues that may arise - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, provide updates on new features, and offer guidance on best practices - Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Product Development, to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of their investments in our products - Track customer data and interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion

Requirements: - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to effectively manage relationships with a diverse range of customers - Experience in customer service or account management roles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Experience in the forestry industry is a plus
