Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Blueprint Genetics is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Finland. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products and services effectively - Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the appropriate teams within the company to improve our offerings - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and growth - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and identify any potential issues before they arise

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Hardworking and independent mindset - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and navigate complex situations - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
