Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Rovio Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction - Provide proactive support and guidance to customers throughout their lifecycle - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution of customer concerns - Identify and implement opportunities for account growth and expansion - Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns for continuous improvement - Contribute to the development of customer success processes and best practices

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer success or a related field - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Able to work independently and manage projects effectively - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Personality Traits: - Passionate about customer success and driving positive outcomes - Independent thinker with the ability to problem solve - Proactive and forward-thinking approach to customer interactions

Soft Skills: - Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate customer success initiatives - Exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities
