Job Description:
Eve-Tech is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As a full-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, reliable, and possess strong time management and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order processing - Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience - Document all customer interactions and feedback for future reference
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong time management and organizational skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
