Right now, we're on the lookout for seasoned data engineers with experience in Lakehouses using either Databricks or Microsoft Fabric to join our talented and dynamic team across Finland. Our offices are in Helsinki, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Hyvinkää, and Turku.

Your Role

• Design and shape cutting-edge data architectures for major enterprise clients.
• Step into a leadership role, guiding data platform projects and sharing your expertise with the development team.
• Embrace the role of a consultant, transforming client needs into technical specifications.
• Create modern data solutions using Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Power Platform for large organisations in the private and public sector.
• Implement integrations from various source systems to a data platform.
• Work with data modelling and data governance concepts to meet business and analytics needs.

• Craft engaging reports and dynamic dashboards that breathe life into data.

Your Toolkit

... spans across multiple domains, and you're hungry for more:

• Experience with Lakehouse development using either Databricks or Microsoft Fabric
• Proficient with data modelling using a medallion data architecture.
• You are skilled with Python and Spark
• Advanced SQL is second nature to you.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions or other serverless development.
• Agile software development and methodologies like Scrum and Kanban are your guiding principles.
