Head of Marketing and Communications

As the current Head of Marketing & Communications is moving outside our company, we are now looking for an experienced Head of Marketing and Communications to join our Sales and Marketing unit. You will be responsible for Evitec Solutions' brand and marketing our portfolio to the right target groups in our countries of operation and ensure the success of both external and internal communications in collaboration with the rest of the team. As Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for the coherence and recognition of our brand, working with our partners (advertising agency etc.) and marketing our services and products in the right channels. You will also get to work with the team on hands-on marketing materials and content production. We hope you will have a strong track record and experience in data-driven marketing, metrics and an understanding of the tools used – you act as a sales enabler and drive leads to increase the company’s revenue and growth. To succeed in the role, you will need to have experience in marketing, an understanding of the added value that partnerships bring, vision but also the enthusiasm to be part of creating a growing business. Alongside your day-to-day tasks, you will be responsible for preparing the annual marketing budget and setting key objectives together with the CRO.

You lead a marketing and communications team united by a genuine desire to help not only our customers but also our internal stakeholders to succeed. You will work closely with our management team, sales and other units. You have modern tools in use and can comfortably combine remote and office work. We hope you will be present in our Espoo office a few days a week and get to know other colleagues. Your team members will be based in our Tampere and Stockholm offices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role
• Experience and insight in data-driven marketing, metrics and tools
• Ability to lead the marketing and communications function with a hands-on approach and to guide the team's efforts.
• Understanding and vision of the strategic importance of communications to the business and the work community
• Good collaboration skills, enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure, project management skills and a 360 view of the business
• Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English.

• Swedish language skills
• Demonstrated track record of successful partnership management (previous projects, etc.)
• Experience in the financial sector.

Location
