HR Consultant (HR Master Data and Talent Management)

As our Operations and Solutions are constantly developing, we are looking for an HR Consultant for our consulting group based in Finland. This role will also collaborate with our colleagues working in other SD Worx countries including Finland, Sweden and elsewhere in Europe. We deliver system solutions utilising modern technology to support personnel management processes. Our HR solution covers the life cycle and organisation management of the employment relationship, competence and performance management, automated processes and comprehensive integrations to support HR processes. You can find more information about SD Worx and our solutions on our website. We are looking for an HR Consultant whose key responsibilities include:

• Identifying our customers' HR management needs and solving them with the help of SD Worx products
• Tasks related to the implementation and support of our products, such as the implementation of workshops and the configuration of systems
• Participating in customer co-operation as support of the sales organisation in the bidding phase regarding HR processes and SD Worx's application expertise
• Continuous development of our services and solutions in collaboration with product development

To be successful in this job you will have the following skills & experience:

• Enthusiasm and ability to design and implement system solutions in collaboration with the customer and colleagues
• Good knowledge of HR processes
• Experience in implementing HR systems and/or similar systems
• Good communication skills
• Active and customer-oriented attitude
• Good written and oral command of the English language
• A positive, enthusiastic and inspiring attitude that can be seen in collaboration with the client and colleagues

In addition, we consider consulting experience in implementation projects of similar products to be an advantage (e.g. conducting workshops/work meetings, configuration, master user training).

The consultants working in our team are typically specialised in a few of the processes mentioned above and our supporting applications.
