Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

As a Remote Live Chat Assistant at Eve-Tech, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with product inquiries, technical issues, and general questions. Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving customer concerns efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and passionate attitude towards customer service - Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
