Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

HMD Global, a global leader in mobile technology and the home of Nokia phones, is seeking a dedicated and confident Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers through live chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through live chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Update and maintain customer records in our database - Stay current on product updates and new technology trends - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent research skills and ability to adapt to changing situations - Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Personality traits: - Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service - Confident in your ability to resolve customer issues

Soft skills: - Strong research skills to effectively troubleshoot customer issues - Adaptability to navigate different customer situations
