Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Live Chat Officer to join our team at Relex Solutions. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through live chat channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Proactively identify trends or recurring issues and provide feedback to the appropriate teams for resolution - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex problems - Ability to work independently and confidently in a virtual work setting - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus
