Live Chat Representative

Job Description: The Live Chat Representative at Hilton in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This individual will interact with customers to resolve queries, provide information, and assist with booking reservations. The Live Chat Representative will represent the Hilton brand and ensure that all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Promote Hilton products and services to customers - Assist customers with booking reservations and making changes to existing bookings - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Confident and reliable individual with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and attention to detail skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends - No prior experience required, as this is an entry-level position
