Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic team at Tamturbo. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our live chat platform - Assist customers with product information, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer inquiries - Planning and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
