Online Account Support Assistant

10Monkeys is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers, including responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with account set up - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers and provide ongoing support - Monitor and analyze account activity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Conduct trainings and provide resources to help customers maximize their use of our online platform - Assist in the development of new features and enhancements based on customer feedback - Work closely with the marketing team to promote online accounts and drive customer engagement - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Strong communication and customer service skills - Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in an online environment - Creativity and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English, Finnish language skills are a plus
