Job Description - Online Account Support Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team at Yeply in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in online account management and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and support online accounts for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, including training and support. 3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize account performance and growth. 4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to align on account goals and initiatives. 5. Analyze account data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability. 6. Lead and mentor a team of account support specialists to ensure quality service delivery. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 8. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in online account management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record in online account management and support. 3. Strong project management and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Hardworking and adaptable to changing business needs. 7. Experience with CRM software and customer support tools.
