Vaisala, a leading global technology company specializing in environmental and industrial measurement, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the Online Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support through chat services, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through online chat platforms - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical issues - Manage and resolve customer complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong people management and adaptability Soft skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
