Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Client Relations Representative to join our team at Hartwall in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client accounts and build strong relationships with clients - Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services - Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities - Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the CRM system - Assist in the development of online marketing campaigns and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and adaptable personality - Excellent research skills and attention to detail - Proven experience in online client relations or customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
