Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Altia, a leading company in the beverage industry, is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Turku, Finland. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with online clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media. - Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Assist clients in navigating our online platforms and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. - Research industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client relations strategies. - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently. - Prior experience in online client relations or customer service is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
