Online Client Relations Specialist

Olvi is seeking a reliable and confident Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with online clients through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention - Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively persuade and cooperate with clients to achieve mutual goals - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Experience with online client relations tools and platforms is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills
