Online Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Elliptic Labs is seeking a motivated and self-driven Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As an Entry Level position, we do not require any prior experience, but we are looking for individuals who are reliable, independent, and eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through online communication channels - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Implement strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client feedback and identify areas for improvement - Assist in project management tasks related to client relations - Compile and analyze data to make informed decisions regarding client interactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in project management and strategic planning - High attention to detail and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Knowledge of CRM systems and online communication tools is a plus
