Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Metsä Group is seeking an experienced Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online client inquiries and provide excellent customer service through various digital channels - Assist clients with order processing, product information, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate response to client requests - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery - Maintain client records and documentation in the company database - Provide support for online marketing and sales initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in online client service or customer relations - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful and confident in handling client interactions - Exceptional decision-making and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
