Online Client Support Assistant

Job description:

Louhia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various online channels. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support for online platforms and tools - Assisting clients with account management and troubleshooting - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Identifying opportunities for improvement in client support processes - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Proven experience in online client support or customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Confident and reliable personality traits - Presentation and innovation soft skills - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
