Job Description - Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


Kamux is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Officer at our location in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This is a full-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various online communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. - Manage and prioritize incoming queries to ensure timely and effective responses. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement. - Utilize CRM systems to record interactions and track customer satisfaction metrics. - Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Assist with online sales inquiries and facilitate the purchasing process for customers.


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent people management skills to handle various customer personalities and situations. - A driven and energetic personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Proficiency in communication tools and customer service software. - Fluency in English and Finnish.
