Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Vire Labs is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves providing customer support through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance with online orders - Manage customer complaints and escalate as necessary - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and service levels - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong strategic planning and project management skills as soft skills - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates - Joining bonus and paid overtime opportunities - Support for personal and professional development
