Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


As an Online Customer Care Representative at Altia, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to individuals who reach out to us via online channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries, complaints, or require assistance with our products or services. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Motivated and energetic personality with a passion for customer care - Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
