Job Description:

Curious AI is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, or phone. 2. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 3. Handling customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 4. Processing orders, returns, and refunds accurately. 5. Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience. 6. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Maintaining accurate customer records and information.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
