Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Paulig in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the online customer service team, ensuring excellent customer support, and enhancing the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the online customer service team - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer service data and generate reports for management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service - Train and mentor customer service staff on best practices - Ensure all customer service channels are operating efficiently and effectively


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven track record of success in online customer service management - Energetic and driven personality with strong leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and presentation skills to develop innovative customer service strategies - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience working with CRM systems and online customer service platforms
