Job Description:
Cargotec is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing and leading our online customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 3. Train and mentor team members to enhance their customer service skills and knowledge. 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align customer service strategies with overall business goals. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in an online retail environment. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in customer service software and tools. 6. Motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of accountability. 7. Ability to persuade and influence others. 8. Experience in project management is a plus.
