Job Description:

Elliptic Labs is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As an Associate level role with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide product information and assistance with online purchases. 3. Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing any negative comments or concerns. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities for improvements in our online customer service processes. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Assist in developing and implementing online customer service strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 3. Adaptability to changing customer needs and online platforms. 4. Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively. 5. Proficiency in online customer service tools and technologies. 6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Fluency in English and Finnish is required.
