Online Customer Service Representative

Job description:

SSH Communications Security is seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Representative in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is excited to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general support - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - People management and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Energetic and positive attitude
