Job Description: Olvi, a leading company in the beverage industry, is looking for a dedicated Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. This full-time entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are adaptable, driven, and eager to kickstart their career in customer success.
Responsibilities: - Assist with online customer queries and provide timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the customer success team to identify and address customer needs and issues - Conduct research on industry trends and customer preferences to help improve the online customer experience - Assist in planning and implementing customer success initiatives to increase customer engagement and retention - Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer success metrics and reports - Support the team in organizing and executing online customer events and campaigns - Provide administrative support to the customer success team as needed
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools - A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required - No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided - Must be eligible for visa sponsorship in Finland - Must be willing to participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community
