Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description: Lean Entries, a fast-growing tech company based in Tampere, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Online Customer Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes and procedures - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer needs - Perform regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role - Proficiency in CRM software and ticketing systems - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong negotiation and research skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
