Online Support Associate

Job Description:

KONE Corporation is seeking a motivated Online Support Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online users.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Assist in monitoring and analyzing online user behavior to improve customer experience - Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth online operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and resilient in handling difficult customer situations - Ability to conduct research and problem-solving independently - Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized support - Proficient in Microsoft Office and online support tools
