As an Online Support Associate at Wärtsilä, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the marine and energy industries. This role requires a confident and adaptable individual who can effectively communicate with customers and colleagues worldwide.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via online platforms such as chat, email, and social media - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to Wärtsilä products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution - Provide product and service information to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions - Assist in the development and maintenance of online help resources for customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online communication tools - Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
